Jerome Valencia is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and the Center for Culinary Arts Manila. He is a long time culinary lecturer and educator and currently Executive Chef for St. Luke's Medical Center Quezon City. Chef Jerome is a WORLDCHEFS accredited B Level culinary judge.
