Dear Chefs and Members
On behalf of LTB Philippines Chefs Association the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines Premier Events Plus Group and WOFEX I would like to thank you for your support of the Philippine Culinary Cup 2015 held at the SMX Convention Center last 6-9 August 2014. This was the 5th consecutive and so far the biggest and most successful PCC yet with over 800 competitors from all over the Philippines and over 10 countries competing in the only WACS endorsed culinary competition in the Philippines. Special thanks to the Philippine Young Chefs Club for facilitating the competitions and to all our sponsors and friends who offered their support for Filipino chefs and our profession.
Congratulations to all winners! Especially to the over all champion: Global Academy Best Chef: Josh Boutwood and Best Pastry Chef: YaunnieCasaino. You all make us proud!
