The Asia regional semi-final rounds for the prestigious Global Chefs Challenge culinary competition were held August 2 to 5, co-organized with the 2023 Philippine Culinary Cup alongside the World Food Expo in Manila, Philippines.

August 2, 2023 - Amidst Typhoon Falcon, LTB Philippines Chefs Association members joined forces with student and faculty volunteers from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and the Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila for a day of meaningful service at a covered court in a bustling corner of Baseco Port Area in Manila City. They were also joined by visiting chef delegates from Worldchefs Without Borders accompanied by Worldchefs Continental Director for Asia, Chef Willment Leong, and Worldchefs Assistant Vice President, Chef KK Yau.
