Thanks to Chefs Mia Yan and Sonny Mariano for preparing the main course which will be their entry in the upcoming ACP Chef Challenge 2015 on June 22 in Singapore. This is the first time since 2011 that LTB Philippines Chefs Association will be fielding a team for international competition. Thank you all for your support! Good luck to our chefs!

LTB Philippines Chefs Association (LTB) and Pastry Alliance of the Philippines (PAP) Chefs officiated the Mindanao Culinary Festival 2015 last 25-27 June at the SM Lanang Premier. Over 120 chefs from all over Mindanao participated in this 3 day event hosted by WOFEX Davao and the Davao Tourism Association.
