WELCOME TO THE LTB PHILIPPINES CHEFS ASSOCIATION WEBSITE!
The 15th Philippine Culinary Cup, held from August 6-9, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center in Mall of Asia, was a tremendous success! The LTB Philippines Chefs Association, in collaboration with WOFEX, proudly hosted this world-class culinary competition, making it accessible to chefs in the Philippines and the region.
Since 2010, the Philippine Culinary Cup has inspired Filipino professional and junior chefs, raising cooking standards nationwide.
The PCC is recognized as the gold standard of culinary competitions in Asia!
The competition was fierce from start to finish, featuring over 900 competitors and officiated by 14 local and 29 visiting chefs, all accredited by Worldchefs, the global association dedicated to enhancing culinary standards through education, training, and professional development.
This year’s edition was made even more special by the presence of Worldchefs President Andy Cuthbert and Vice President Rick Stephen, along with culinary luminaries such as Chef Otto Wiebel, founder of the Singapore Chefs Association, and Chef Eddy Leung, president of the Hong Kong Chefs Association, among others.
During the closing ceremonies, we honored two individuals with special awards: Chef Michael Strautmanis received the Special Recognition Award for his contributions to the culinary arts, while Chef Andy Cuthbert was awarded an Honorary LTB Philippines Life Membership in acknowledgment of his dedication to our culinary community.
