WELCOME TO THE LTB PHILIPPINES CHEFS ASSOCIATION WEBSITE!
The Philippine Young Chefs Club (PYCC) held its General Assembly on May 17, 2025, at Milky Way Cafe.
The event brought together members to meet the new Interim Officers for the 2025-2026 period and discuss the upcoming initiatives.
The new leadership team includes President Carl Justine Abitona and Vice President Bastian Kyle Zara. Mary Joy San Pedro takes on dual roles as Secretary and Marketing Committee Head, working with Franchesca Chiara Mutuc who serves as Creatives Head. Ralph Justin Paradero leads the Socials Committee, while Arvee Bolina heads the CSR Committee to manage community outreach efforts.
The assembly kicked off with an inspirational speech by LTB Vice President Chef JA Ventura. PYCC Advisor Chef Cherrie Uy-Tan discussed the Mission and Vision of PYCC as well as a quick background of past activities.
This was followed by a presentation from LTB Treasurer Chef J Gamboa and LTB Marketing Manager Anna Garcia, who introduced the LTB x PYCC Mentorship Program. This new initiative connects young chefs with experienced professionals to provide career guidance and support their professional development. LTB President Chef Jerome Valencia concluded the assembly with a powerful message: “Knowledge, skills, and attitude will get you far, and LTB is with you to guide you in your chosen career.”
Milky Way Cafe provided food and beverage service throughout the event, creating a comfortable setting for networking and discussions.
Moving forward, PYCC encourages all members to attend all events and activities, which are supported by LTB. These programs offer valuable networking opportunities, skill development workshops, and direct access to industry mentors who can help advance their culinary careers.
