WELCOME TO THE LTB PHILIPPINES CHEFS ASSOCIATION WEBSITE!
The Philippine Culinary Cup 2026 is a Worldchefs-endorsed continental competition, and this year it's bigger than ever. Four days of world-class cooking, plating, and pastry work. Hundreds of chefs. Dozens of countries. One shared table.
This isn't just a competition. It's our industry's fiesta, a celebration of Filipino culinary excellence and the craft we've all built our careers around. Whether you're competing, judging, watching, or cheering from the sidelines, this is where the best meet to compete.
To kick things off early, there is the Philippine Culinary Cup Welcome Cocktails on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 6:00 PM at Milky Way Cafe, Makati. Come meet the judges, the competitors, and the rest of the LTB Philippines community before the competition floor opens.
Here are some of the establishments and schools joining us this year.
Hotels: Manila Marriott Hotel, Sheraton Manila Hotel, Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts, Hotel Okura Manila, Dusit Thani Manila, and New World Makati Hotel are among the hotels sending teams to compete on home turf.
Schools: Lyceum of the Philippines (all campuses), Global Academy of Culinary, and Baking and Pastry Arts , University of Santo Tomas, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, Far Eastern University, and Professional Academy for Culinary Education (PACE) are among the schools bringing their brightest culinary students to the competition floor.
Restaurants: Antonio's, and Mama Lou's are among the restaurants stepping up to represent the industry.
If your establishment or school hasn't had the chance to sign up this year, there's always next year!
Every competitor will work on 30 full industrial kitchen stations, all sponsored by UNIFAB, and every station is equipped with Rational combi ovens. This is professional-grade equipment built for a professional-grade competition. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just chefs, their skills, and the tools to do their best work.
Judges are flying in from the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates. Few competitions in the region can claim a judging panel this diverse, and it's a mark of how seriously the 2026 Philippine Culinary Cup is regarded across the culinary world.
This year's panel is stacked with Worldchefs Certified International Judges from across the globe. Here's a closer look at a few of them.
