LTB On the Road: Worldchefs Congress 2026

Chef Fernando Aracama, Secretary General of LTB Philippines, represented our country at the Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2026, held in Newport, Wales 2026.

The Worldchefs Congress is a global gathering that brings together chefs, culinary leaders, and industry organizations from across five continents — widely regarded as the culinary industry's equivalent of hosting the Olympics. Held biennially, it serves as a platform for world-class educational sessions, culinary competitions, and networking opportunities among the best in the profession.

This year's Congress carried the theme “Pasture, Passion, Plate”, reflecting the journey of food from its origins to the final dish, and celebrating sustainability, craftsmanship, and the love of cooking. It was a fitting theme for an edition hosted in Wales, a country known for its lush landscapes, thriving farming traditions, and some of the world's finest produce.

Chef Fernando's participation placed LTB Philippines on this global stage, carrying with him the association's voice and the broader story of Philippine culinary excellence. His presence reflects LTB Philippines' continued commitment to active engagement within the Worldchefs community and to building connections that benefit our members and the local culinary industry.
