Dear Friends and Members,
We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants who graced this year's annual Christmas celebration held at Txoko Asador Restaurante in Legazpi Village, Makati, on December 5, 2023.
Hosted by Mr. Randy Libre and Chef Albert Mendoza, attendees were treated to a delightful array of Txoko's signature tapas, specialty paellas, and entrees, culminating in the dinner's pièce de résistance, Txoko's cochinillo.
The LTB Philippines Chefs Association Annual Christmas Party at Txoko proved to be a resounding success, uniting culinary enthusiasts and professionals in the festive spirit of the season. As the evening concluded, participants engaged in the cherished LTB tradition of gift exchange, further enriching the festive atmosphere and leaving everyone with cherished memories of a memorable evening.
