Greetings from LTB Philippines Chefs Association!
  
LTB is committed to the development of the Filipino Professional Chef through our programs, which promote skill development and excellence in the culinary field.  
 
We are pleased to announce that the LTB Philippines Chefs Association (LTB) together with the Pastry Alliance of the Philippines (PAP) will be competing in Food Hotel Asia Singapore (FHA) on April 12-15, 2016.  After a hiatus of 4 years to establish the Philippine Culinary Cup (PCC) as the leading and only WACS level culinary competition in the country, Culinary Team Pilipinas is back and will compete in regional culinary competitions showcasing the talents of the Filipino Professional chef.  Our team of elite chefs will compete in 14 separate culinary and pastry categories vying for the coveted overall Best Chef trophy in the FHA Singapore Culinary Challenge 2016.
 
The Pastry Alliance of the Philippines has been competing consistently at the Asian Pastry Cup since 2006. The team qualified for the coupe du monde in 2015 and won Best Ice Sculpture. Once again, the alliance is securing a spot at the Asian pastry Cup to go to Lyon France at the next Coupe du Monde in 2017.  Aside from this, we are also bringing PCC gold medal pastry chefs to compete at the Singapore FHA.
