A look-back to one of the early Chefs Table Dinners!
Remember this luxurious chef's table dinner from the Goose Station last June 15, 2010?
the Goose Station was a pioneer in degustation dinners, which was owned by Chefs Rob Pengson and Sunshine Puey, that offered creative, modern and exciting tasting menus in BGC, Taguig from 2009 to 2016.
Chef Rob curated the menu for this particular LTB Chefs Table event – from Alaskan King Crab Caviar Surprise, Unagi-Foie Gras Terrine, to 24-Hour Steak paired with San Miguel premium beers and select wines, this early LTB event showcased culinary excellence.
